Addis Fikir / Addis Love is a collection of stories about people experiencing life in a city constantly changing its rhythms.
Each episode reveals an aspect of modern life in Addis, and characters either embrace its changes or fight them. In the process, these characters find meaning, understanding, a new love, or simply, finding a missing piece from their own identity in a world that is as warm as it is alienating.
With 7 standalone episodes, the show presents stories that are interconnected in ways that feel grand and mundane at the same time.
It is a love letter to the people navigating the complex social fabric of Ethiopia's capital.

Abraham, an inventor who is still waiting for his big break, has a reality check when he realizes he can’t afford to buy his 11-year-old son, Babi, a tablet. To prove himself as a father, Abraham goes on a quest to find the perfect gift.
