At WAG, creative talent is at the core of everything we do. With every project, whether in film, television, or production services, we build a pipeline of artist development programs where the work itself becomes a learning ground for emerging talent across the board.

We embrace a model of learning on the job, giving emerging filmmakers the opportunity to explore new frontiers, sharpen their skills, and work on real productions while securing professional credits.

In our recently produced limited series Addis Fikir, the vast majority of the crew, cast, and filmmakers were emerging talents, many receiving their first professional credits and now building portfolios in the industry.
